We can!
Mostly, this work is done by private Building Inspectors (Pool Safety) such as ourselves, although some Councils offer an in-house service (at a cost) for their residents.
However. any Building Inspector or Building Surveyor Registered with the Victorian Building Authority (VBA) can issue your Certificate in Victoria.
