If your pool barrier passes on the initial inspection, the total fee (one inspection and issue of Certificate) is $250.

Otherwise, the fee is $300 and this covers:

• the initial inspection

• a detailed written report indicating what needs to be done to achieve compliance

• phone support if you/your Tradie needs to check any details in the report

• a second inspection to check that all repairs have been done to standard

• issue of a Certificate of Pool Barrier Compliance

If a third inspection is required, a small additional fee may apply (depending on the distance to your site). 

​

Your Council may apply a small lodgement fee when you lodge your Certificate with Council.
