Does my small inflatable pool need to be registered and have a Certified barrier?

A:

Broadly, any vessel which is capable of holding 30cm or more of water, and which is primarily for use as an outdoor pool or spa, must comply with the law pertaining to pool barriers.

 

Small inflatable children's pools of less than 30cm depth do not require Registration or Certification
