Make a booking
We make an initial inspection & provide a report clearly identifying any faults & providing suggestions for how to fix each issue. If your pool barrier passes this initial inspection, your fee is reduced to $250.
You arrange for the necessary repairs.
Phone support is available along the way for you or your Tradie.
We make a Final Inspection (must be within 60 days) to ensure that all repairs have been fully completed. If a third visit is required, there may be a small extra fee payable (depending on location). All inspections and Certification must (by law) be complete within 60 days of the first inspection.
When your pool/spa barrier is fully compliant, we issue your Certificate of Pool Barrier Compliance, and you lodge this with your local Council within 30 days.
